The service was really excellent . They were friendly, looked after me made me a cup of tea. spent time explaining everything very well and answered all my questions. They allowed me time to lay and try beds for awhile, i didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision. They advised me on the best mattress to suit my chronic pain. I felt really well treated and looked after. I will definitely be shop there in the future and have already advised my family and friends to shop there! as great customer service is very important to me and this was the best service I've had in years. Lois in the norwich store mainly dealt with us she was fab! Made the shopping enjoyable. but the other staff were also very friendly and helped me decide on the right mattress and pillows for my needs. I couldn't fault them at all. Thank you sooo much dreams I felt like a really valued customer and can't wait to receive my new mattress!

high quality mattress, friendly, helpful staff

I had a previously bad experience purchasing a bed from another store (Benson for Beds if I am permitted to say!) at the beginning of the year. The after sales customer service was appalling and the bed is completely unsuitable for my needs. At that time, no assistance was given to me in dealing with my purchase. My experience with Dreams was the complete opposite. I made two visits to the store and on both occasions Colin (Norwich store) was on hand to assist with information and answers to questions yet he provided me with the time and space I needed to make a decision. I did not feel rushed and the knowledge about the various products I considered was extremely helpful. I was able to lie on the bed for a good while whilst considering my options and at no time was I made to feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend the service that was provided to me and have already recommended Dreams to my friends and colleagues. The Tempur mattress purchases is a great deal of money for me but I felt reassured by Colin in relation to my decision and the fact that Dreams offer the 40 night comfort exchange but also with Tempurs 100 night trial money back guarantee.
