Colin was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the different products and help us come to a decision on which bed was for us. A very friendly and satisfactory service.

I knew what I wanted and told the shop assistant the details when I went to the store. I also knew my financial situation and my cash limit. The assistant, TRINA, recognised this and dealt with my requests accordingly without trying to persuade me to alter my mind, unlike some people in nearby stores on the same retail park. My transaction only took 10 minutes and I left happy and pleased with my visit. It was a great pleasure to be served by TRINA, who was not only efficient and knowledgeable but had a great sense of humour. I also felt valued as a person as well as a customer. I can't comment on the delivery process as I still have 10 days to go until the bed arrives.

Very friendly service

On entering the store we were approached by an assistant asking if we needed help. We were just looking so we said no thank you but we will ask you if we have any questions. Trina did not pressure us which pleased us as if she had we would probably left the store as we find that very annoying. When we did need help we approached Trina and she was very helpful.
