We felt that we could ask Sean for advice but he wasn't pushy, he was helpful and attentive without being in your face

As soon as we entered the store, we received a very warm welcome. Our questions were clearly answered, our needs were considered, we were offered tea and coffee, we were given time to ourselves to look around and try various mattresses, and all in an extremely friendly way. The price we paid for our purchases was also very reasonable indeed. Thank you.

Really swift effecient service

Colin looked after us really well, made us a coffee on arrival which was nice surprise, got a balloon for our 2 year old daughter and was generally a really nice guy. Knowledgable about the products and explained everything we needed to know, remaining patient as we tried loads!!

The salesman's knowledge of the products lines was excellent. He was able to understand our needs and provide advice and guidance in a clear, concise and professional way. Our final purchases were based very much on the assistance and advice we received from the salesman.

We looked at several other stores and found that the range of products offered was good and competitively priced. The delivery charge was very good value with a better lead time than others. However, the best aspect was the quality of the staff. Trina was very well informed and pleasant member of staff and was willing to spend time to allow us to make the correct decision.

We were dealt with very quickly but not rushed, all our questions where answered and we where not pressured, we where made welcome and even asked if we wanted a coffee.
