The customer services was perfect. I didn't feel under pressure but at the same time I felt reassured that the sales team where very experienced and knowledgable.

We knew what we wanted but Colin was able to explore other options so we tested that what we thought we wanted was right. Colin was friendly, accommodating, nice to chat to and not too 'sales-y', thank goodness. Colin was good on product knowledge and options, for example the guarantees available.

Sales adviser had excellent knowledge of all your products, and was focused on finding us the best solution as opposed to the most expensive. It turned out that we probably chose the most expensive anyway! Top service received - 10/10.

Sales assistant was knowledge and understood our needs. she showed all the options. When the music in the store was intrusive it was quickly sorted.
