Excellent helpful friendly knowledgeable staff

The range of items gave me plenty to choose from and any questions I asked were quickly answered by Colin the assistant who helped me.

The manager, Sean, dealt with us and we bought a headboard. We were very happy with the service we received. We were trying to decide between one from Mattressman or Dreams and Sean told us about the Crystal headboard and that was the one we went for.

I made two visits and on both occasions the staff responded readily to my request for help and showed excellent expertise and gave advice clearly based on their knowledge rather than just having read the label. When I returned to make my purchase I knew what additional information I needed and it was expertly supplied. In particular, the store manager Sean was a model of helpfulness combined with listening closely to my needs and applying his own extensive knowledge. He made it a very good experience.

Sean, understood my needs regarding bed, mattress,duvet, pillows and bedroom furniture. He matched my needs with the products and found them easily without any problems, always friendly and a great laugh and very helpful! I would highly recommend the guys and the company to anyone! Just a lovely environment and extremely helpful!

Colin the salesman was very helpful by showing and explaining each mattress. He seemed very knowledgable and made us feel comfortable.

I wanted a certain bed I'd seen it online, it was available in store and I purchased out.

Colin, the sales guy was very helpful, friendly and funny, we had our children with us to which he interacted with them to keep them occupied, ( they found him hilarious and didn't want to leave) He recommended and helped us choose the right mattress for our needs, he even rearranged the store to help up picture our bedroom layout with the furniture we purchased. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all one of the kindest I've come across, it was nice to walk in somewhere and get that friendly feeling. We were very satisfied with what we purchased at a good price after the deals he gave us.
