The staff (Colin) took lots of time to help us decide what type of mattress would suit us and to make sure that we were happy with our choice. We also particularly liked how our 3 year old daughter was made to feel welcome too.

Staff were friendly but not pushy and once I told them I was in a hurry they were efficient at placing my order and gave me 4 free pillows without me even asking!

I was about to move into a new place on the following day I was on a hurry to get a mattress. I have been to another stores previously they wanted me to wait for the mattress for 5 days and didn't give me other options. I was disappointed but hoping that we could find something good and good customer service. I went to Dreams your colleague Collin was very friendly giving options and understanding our needs. I was very please to come to your store I was thinking of buying the mattress but then your colleague encourage to buy the bed my Collin and I am very happy about it. I took the mattress on the same day and collect the bed on the other day as it didn't fit in our car. It was a very pleasant experience , easy with a very nice price! People can really make the difference in the service and your colleague Collin really made the difference. Thank you!

The salespersons took a great deal of time and effort to ensure that the sofa we purchased fitted our requirements.

When walking into the shop the staff were very friendly. David helped me find the bed frame that I wanted and the assisted to helping me pick out the right mattress to go along with it. He helped my Mum and I understand the difference between them. Very welcoming and friendly

Colin was extremely helpful and friendly, made us feel really comfortable and confident that we would be taken care of, he offered us tea and coffee.
