We received excellent service and advice with our enquiry on purchasing a new mattress. The sales person was happy to spend time with us as it is very important to make the right choice, explaining about different products. We were offered refreshments which was very welcome. We would recommend your business to friends and family. We are certainly very satisfied customers.

The man who served us went out of his way to find what we wanted without being pushy then left us to think about it. The other staff were friendly too

Colin the sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very attentive without being overpowering or pushy.

Staff very helpful, helping us find the exact bed we were looking for and then explaining the finance available to us, also explaining everything from the terms and conditions to then offering us the special offer on pillows and duvets, although we did not require a new duvet we did have the pillows added to our order.

The mattress that we were interested in was price-matched with John Lewis to ensure that we did not have to pay over the odds. We asked lots of questions and they were all answered patiently and politely

friendly service, sweats for kids good overall experience

Very friendly salesperson, not pushy, we tried the different types of mattresses several times, were given advice om the springs,wwe still settled for our first choice. I'm hoping it will give us a good nights sleep, only time will tell.

Colin our adviser from store 214 was most professional, he was charming, friendly and knowledgable about Dream's products. He had a lot of time for my wife, young daughter and I and he made us feel nothing was too much trouble. Refreshments were offered and my daughter found him highly amusing!
