Dreams - Norwich

We were given plenty of attention and opportunities to try out the sofa beds and open and close them. Didn't feel rushed at all.

We did not have someone breathing down our neck the assistant Colin was excellent even though he is a Ipswich supporter and not Norwich and the other two in the shop made a fist class team please keep it up

We have been there twice in the last month to buy beds. On both occasions we were impressed by the range, quality and prices of the bedding and the no-nonsense, pragmatic approach of the staff. Overall, an excellent experience!

Both David and Colin were extremely helpful and really talked us through teh different options which helped us pick the one we wanted. Much better than the other places we visited, and even though slightly more expensive it made us comeback and buy from Dreams...

Very friendly staff - no pressure to buy. We knew the product we wanted as we had done our research but still nice to talk to someone that knows the products.

The two members of staff dave and Colin where welcoming and helped us throughout our visit to the store from our initial visit and the visit we purchased our goods. They gave advice, suggestions and made our visit to dreams store very satisfying.

The assistants Dave and Colin were very helpful and friendly. The shop Is well set out I was able to find what I needed easily.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. He ensured that we got the right product for us and spent a lot of time ensuring we got the right mattress for us. The atmosphere in the store was very inviting.
