The salesman I saw had a great deal f knowledge of the products, he explained the difference between the mattresses I was looking at then left me to try for as long as I needed, popping back to me occasionally to see if I needed more assistance. I certainly didn't feel pressured at all.

We had previously bought a bed and mattress at Dreams in Kempston in Bedfordshire before we moved to Norfolk, so we knew that the standard would be consistent with our previous visit. The salesman was very sincere and polite and using his professional skills soon adjusted to our requirements. Overall our experience at this store was beyond outstanding. Thank you.

took my time looking around and testing the mattress so many to choose from,found one and got a bit of help,she wasnt pushing me to buy she wanted me to be happy what i will be laying on,so then i was left to make my decision.then went back to lois and sat down to make my purchase.

I was given excellent help and service by Sean on my first visit and was also assisted by both him and Richard at the Sprowston branch on my return when I placed my order. They were both enthusiastic, helpful and efficient. I felt I was in friendly and knowledgeable hands with both of them and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I am now looking forward to the delivery of the beds and hope that the delivery service matches that in the shop.

I was served by a gentleman who goes by the name of 'David'. He was very warming and incredibly helpful. I had decided the purchase within a sufficient amount of time due to the brilliant delivery of information he had given me. He was a charming fella with the capacity to understand peoples needs and create a warm and welcoming feeling to the store. The other colleagues were also a pleasure to talk to and meet in general. Overall, the store was brilliant in every aspect and will recommend highly to people i know who need a good bed, mattress and awesome service. Thanks guys!
