Sean was very friendly and helpful offering suggestions on which type of base to buy. We were also offered tea, coffee or cold drink on arrival

Helpful staff, quick to assist and advise, I wanted a bed quickly and simply, they were great.

Good selection and service without being pushy

I was greeted within moments of walking into the store by two staff members. Another staff member then approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I raised a brief question in relation to quality for a range that the store didn't have. The colleague immediately took me to a product that was similar and explained it and also mentioned the stores in which it was available to look at. After a brief discussion Dave took me through the options that were available and explained such things as the interest free finance. I liked Dave and appreciated his style because he was non pushy, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer including its availability.

Dave offered us a coffee or tea on entry to your store. The staff were very friendly and helpful.It was a pleasure to be able to shop and not feel pressured to purchase goods but the staff being available for any help required. All the staff seemed to be happy in their work it was the first time we have been in one of your stores and other people could learn from attitude

i was served by colin who has the right level of customer service. He spent plenty of time explaining all products, did not rush us and was very knowledgeable. Also as a bonus we were made a lovely cup of coffee. Overall a very good experience.

The whole team were a hoot. Their banter was excellent and fun, and they got the job done well.

The help and assistance given were excellent, although the placing and sorting out the order could have been quicker.

Sean who served us was very helpful, it was quite late in the day and he still was polite and made sure we were looked after and found everything we were looking for.

Shown an appropriate range of beds, good value overall. Offered coffee and other items by friendly staff.
