Dreams - Norwich

We found the service and friendliness of staff exceptional, they couldn't do enough for us. Especially Colin who served us.

my husband and i visited the dreams store in norwich for the first time . we didnt know what to expect as we had just visited a carpet store and and felt hassled. but this was not the case in dreams we were asked when we were looking at first if we needed help. we didnt at the time so he left us alone but was nearby when we wanted help. he was very friendly informative of the products without being pushy and trying to get us to buy something we didnt want. will defitnately visit again in the future.p.s he had a wicked sense of humour which is better than someone grumpy

The staff member (Colin) took time to understand our requirements. He showed us the products and gave in depth product details without being pushy. We were offered tea and coffee which was a nice touch. We were allowed time to browse and try the mattresses and didn't feel awkward as though someone was watching our every move. My only quibble if I had to say one was it was such a hot day and the store was very hot which made it less comfortable to try beds (although this was the case for all the other bed stores we visited too. We would have spent more time in store if the temperature was more pleasant)

During our visit my partner as I were highly statified with the customer service, we were offered drinks, very friendly service. We had a few problems but the team managed to come up with an alternative which we were happy with.

When we walked in we got a good afternoon.about few minutes later we were asked if we needed help. The man asked us if we wanted a tea or coffee which we both thought was very kind.I purchased a adjustable bed .he could see I had a mobility problem ' he ask if either of us was on disability benefit .I had a blue badgeas well.he went away and came back with what we tthought was a great discount..then he said I'll ring manager up and I. Got some free pillows and duvets and mattress protecters Given to me.I thought that was lovely.thean even carried our things out to the car. 10/10 well done dreams.very happy customer. thank you regards Tina and Mick Hewitt.

The gentleman who heped us was brilliant, he offered lots of added bonuses as we were buying a bed and frame. His attitutude ws friendly and knowledgeable. Brilliant! His name was Dave.

The shop assistant was pleasant - knowledgable and did not put any pressure on me, understood my needs
