Was assisted by Sean and his colleague, who were both extremely helpful and cheerful. Sadly my husband died in June of this year and in an attempt to make the bedroom a more peaceful space I decided to go ahead and re-decorate and also purchase a new bed. This was something we were about to do. Buying a new bed was made much easier with their help and they did everything to make me feel at ease. Everything was fully explained and I'm glad that I went to Dreams...I'm getting used to my 'new' bedroom now. The delivery guys were good too and I'm enjoying the free gift that they left!

Staff very helpful and friendly, very busy on the Sunday so we went back on the Monday, delivery was excellent arriving on time and assembled expertly. very pleased with the service.

We were greeted when we entered the store, and left to browse as requested. When we needed assistance the staff member 'Richard' was more than happy to spend time with us discussing our options and giving us recommendations. We found it really easy to select the bed and mattress that we wanted. The staff member appeared to know what he was talking about and was also very cheerful!

Sales assitant was amazing in his help and understanding of our needs and knowlege of the beds. It is so hard to make a choice but he made it easy with showing us and letting us decide.

Quick, easy, friendly. Early delivery promised. Would like price of recycling of collected old mattress to be more reasonable.

When we arrived at the store we were asked by the salesman Dave, if we would like any help in selecting a new bed, or would we prefer to just look around on our own. We said that we would like some help as we did not know what the layout of the store was, and so Dave went through all the different types of beds on display. We were then asked to try the beds out for firmness and comfort which Dave then explained all the pro`s and con`s for all the beds which we looked at. We then chose which bed we preferred and subsequently went on to purchase this item along with a headboard. Dave then took us through the purchase of the items and explained what would happen on the day of delivery. All very professional and jovial.
