Dreams - Norwich

Colin,the salesman was very welcoming and understanding of our needs. His knowledge of the products seemed very high and he was willing to explain details of our purchase in great depth. We were going to purchase a new 4' 6" mattress only, but ended up placing an order for a king size ottoman base instead. Unfortunately, we had found a very comfortable Harrison mattress at a great price elsewhere, or we probably would bought that too. Colin did say that Dreams would be having some in, but we were not prepared to wait. We did appreciate the cup of tea he made us too!

I initially came into the store and was helped by Dave, he was so knowledgeable about the products and really helped me with my choice. May plan was to buy two beds mattresses etc and with his help I went away to make my decision. I returned to the store and was helped this time by Colin who was equally as good he helped me to purchase a bed and mattress with cover ,delivery and the making of the bed on arrival. Once my carpets are laid I will be back for the other bed. A really great service as always by Dreams. Thank you so much. Lisa.

Called in to store on spur of the moment, wasnt really intending to buy today, just looking .staff were very helpful and friendly, we found what we wanted so decided to purchase there and then.

I am very satisfied because I found a nice 100cm wide wardrobe with 3 doors, opening concertina wise, a feature I like, as it takes up less floorspace when the doors are open, which is a benefit in a room with limited space. The wardrobe has a lot of space inside, appears to be built reasonably robust , and will hopefully withstand wear and tear from its users for a good while.

The staff gave us really clear instructions of where to look for our new mattress from the minute we walked in the door. Products were described in a clear and concise way making our decision all the more easier. We was given time to consider our options without hassle but if we needed further info the guys were never far away. Had a good laugh and joke whilst finalising out purchase. Great team of guys :)

Arrived looking for a specific product (a super king mattress without springs) and the availability of stock in the store was massive. The salesman Dave was great. Listened to what we needed, eliminated all the choices that were not suitable and then talked us through each choice. Inevitably we found a product that suited our needs and Dave saves us money finding a comparable product if not better product for slightly less. Great service.

It was great to walk in a store which had exactly what we wanted,colour size and material although I didn't want to wait that long , having it delivered and assembled will be worth the wait.
