Very good customer service, polite, knowledgeable and child friendly

When going to the store we were greeted with a friendle welcome and not pressurised . After looking at the goods we were interested in we then made further inquiries the sale man was very helpful and made several enquirers on the product we wanted via the Internet . All though they didn't have the perticular goods we wanted we did get in my opinion a better product and we are more than pleased with the the service .and friendlyness of all the staff .

The item we wanted was discontinued and no longer available so they found us the nearest match and trier to match the price without us asking. This shower they cared about our needs.

we bought a memory foam mattress last year and we were very pleased with the service then so we returned to look at beds for my sons room. Dave was new to the shop, but he was very experienced he certainly new his stuff. very impressed.

Colin, the salesman in your Sprowston store, was helpful without being pushy and gave us every opportunity to make the correct choice. He was very knowledgeable of the products but ensured we tried out several beds and we very much felt the final decision was down to us.

Apon walking into the store I was approached by a store assistant. The store assistant Colin was very helpful and showed myself the full range of duvans and mattresses within my budget but did not try to push me on to the higher priced products, that choice I felt was mine to make. I discussed with Colin the styling and colour I was hoping to find, I was not disapointed when Colin showed me the Glide Base Carbon duvan. I would return to dreams in the future. P.S I cant remember the last time I saw a Dreams advert on TV, as most people these days watch more TV than is health I think Dreams is missing out on sales due to its lack of advertisng.

I was dreading having to look/buy a new bed and had a few sleepless nights over the matter. On arriving at the store the salesmen made me at ease and COLIN was so helpful, asking important questions and a bed I was happy with was picked very easily.

As a previous customer we were very pleased with the service, hence why we revisited the store when we were looking to purchase another bed. The staff are courteous, not aggressive with their sales technique and have a good product knowledge.

Dave and Richard were excellent! Very experienced and knowledgeable and their problems with an antiquated broadband/computer, failed to deter the quality of service and customer care they were able to deliver! All in all a very, very good shopping experience!
