without the knowledge from the staff we could have easily made a mistake in the purchase. Staff were easy to talk to and very friendly making viewing comfortable.

The member of staff helping us (DS92 David Setterfield) identified the mattresses available to try in the range we were looking at. He also had expert knowledge to help us decide which mattress supported us best.

The guys in store we really friendly and welcoming and not immediately breathing down my neck and following me around the store. Colin was extremely knowledgeable of products and assisted with choosing the perfect mattress for me. I felt at ease with the team which is why I choose to place my order with dreams. I was also offered water as it was a really hot day, this was much needed so thanks guys.

Very helpful advice. Appreciated the cup of coffee while we were deciding. All in all as positive as a mattress shopping experience is likely to be.

I was greeted in the store, I felt as though I could browse if I preferred or continue with assistance without pressure. The salesperson was new, he said so and asked his colleague questions, I appreciated this rather than someone 'blagging' it.

We dealt with David in the Norwich store and couldn't have been helped more. He listened to what we needed took an interest and helped us with our decision and making sure we picked the right mattress and bed. The store manager Richard was really helpful as well! A really nice store with lovely staff
