From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a hello and asked if we would like any help, offered a drink aswell which was a nice touch. David who looked after us listened to our needs and used his knowledge to recommend the best bed for our likes/dislikes, budget etc. The buying process was quick & easy and very relaxed. David made sure we had the delivery date we wanted and were happy before we left the store. 10/10 :)

The service we received was second to none, the staff were not only very helpful but informative and very entertaining. The whole experience was excellent. We were not rushed while we chose the bed we required.

The staff are great, extremely helpful, all throughout this expensive purchase, we cannot fault the staff in any way. Not very happy with the distant management with their advertising both on tv and in the store window, you advertise Sale 30% discount on beds, and a further 20% discount in the window, yet when we go into the store we find that the discount do not apply to certain beds or items, because of this flaw in your system, we would not tell people to go to your shops as your advertising is not as you state.

Sean the deputy manager was really helpful and understood exactly what I wanted to do which was to buy a bed for my daughter who lives in Bewdly Worcs. A most helpful experience.

The sales assistant Colin was extremely helpful, but not pushy and left us alone to discuss the product among ourselves. He was there when ever we had a question and answered truthfully. When asked he suggested the items we were looking for. He was a salesman, but a very nice an trustfull man and I would recommend him to anybody. It was a pleasure to shop in Dreams Store.
