Dreams - Norwich

We were welcomed upon entering the store. We were allowed to look around before being approached. The salesman Rich noticed we hovered around a particular mattress and approached with information on the mattress. Talked is through the different levels of comfort and materials used. Was very thorough. Talked through the different payment and protection options. We were then handed over to Sean who placed the order for us. All very smooth not pushy or uncomfortable in any way. Left with something we had been looking for for weeks. Other shops just didn't have the products laid out easy enough to view or didn't have something worth spending our money on.

The service was great at the Norwich Dreams store from the moment we walked in. Staff were very friendly, understanding to our needs and not pushy sales people which I don't enjoy talking to. Overall we were really impressed with the store, the products and the final price we paid.

Colin was really helpful with aiding us to choose a mattress he was not pushy and allowed us time to consider our options.
