The salesperson did not pressure us but gave us information and time to make our own minds up.

Friendly service, not pounced on like other retailer, we we even had a coffee.

Salesman was excellent explaining different mattresses we tried several and he explained the difference .left us to try several and then came back to us to see what we thought about each one ..my husband has a bad back so advised us in several ones . also supplied coffee very helpful thank you

We were left to browse a little so that we didn't feel pounced on on entering the shop. Colin was both informative and friendly - he did NOT give us the hard sell and showed us alternative options - we left to think about it - we were not pressurized at all - we went back to place the order with Colin after we had discussed it and were given coffee - a very pleasant shop

David was helpful without being pushy. He explained what different products benefits were. He made us a coffee and at no time did I feel under pressure.

We needed advice about our Tempur mattress we had purchased from this store a few years earlier. To be honest my wife was finding the mattress was making her a bit too hot. We were contemplating purchasing new mattresses for our electric bed but after some sound advice have purchased a special cover for my wifes side of the bed and some new Thearpur pillows. David did not give us the big sell and try and get us to spend loads of money. Rest assured though that if this does not solve the problem we will definitely be back at the store to possibly purchase new mattresses. Very very helpful. May we say true customer service of the old school.

We were acknowledged when we walked into the store and was offered a hot drink of which we accepted ( which was a good cuppa) whilst we made up our minds and discussed, everyone was friendly even the staff that was not dealing with us. thanks to sean for a great drink and a dirty shirt (hehe) and colin for the friendly banter and placing our order. great team.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help. It turned what could have been a hard purchase into a very pleasant shopping experience.
