Dreams - Norwich

Although i had researched on line the type of mattresses that I need the assistant insisted that I spent time laying and moving about on each mattress. I then bought the mattress that he (Richard) had advised to suit my needs. Sean then processed the payment and delivery date to suit me.

Was greeted by Richard at Norwich store very helpful friendly and knowledgeable and wasnt pushy in any way or trying to sell us the most expensive mattress but more about finding the right one for us. It is a real pleasure to deal with sale staff like this and has a very big influence on whether I would buy or not.

The information was clear. We were encouraged to try products. Ordering products was simple and clear. Very pleased with delivery system as it felt flexible and responsive - we are hoping it is in reality!

Really nice experience Dave and Gary looked after us very well indeed very friendly knowledgeable and the range of stock was excellent

salesman was attentive and helpful. we were offered tea or coffee during our search. The salesman, Richard, offered us a good pillow to allow a better judgement of the sleeping position/s.

The knowledge of your sales person, his politeness, no forced sale, we had time to consider & try various beds. Also the time he spent telling us about after sales & what to do if we were not satisfied with our choice. On the whole a good shopping experience from Sean. We were only looking & had intended to shop around but decided to look no further. We also appreciated the nice cuppa.
