A good location, easily reached and brilliant opening hours as we live in a small village some miles away from nearest town/city, cleanliness of store and product range were excellent and store staff were brilliant especially Sean who even made us a cup of tea while we sorted out finance etc..a first class experience

I was looking for a wooden double bed with drawers. The sales assistant told me they didn't sell this type of bed. He did however, tell me about drawers on castors that would fit under the bed. He took one out of the warehouse and showed me. That evening we went back to order the bed and 2 drawers. He offered us a third drawer free of charge as, out of the last 2 they had left, one was broken. Very impressed with the customer service.

When looking at the various choices available the assistant directed us to the special offer on alternative and equally good quality products. He also without prompting informed us as to why the product was on special offer and the price saving we would benefit from. The service was very polite and good and he knew his products. At no time did we feel pressured or followed or rushed to make any decision. A pleasant shopping experience especially for my husband who does not enjoy shopping at the best of times. Only a small purchase we know this time but we will be back. Thank you.

The friendlyness of the assistant and the fact that he explained the different try's of mattress and then left us alone to try out the mattresses without any harassment.

Man who served me, (Dave) was a very polite & helpful man, & help me no end! Still waiting for my bed & mattess so can't comment on them yet but can't wait to try it out. I will not hesitate in coming back to deems in the future & will highly recommend it to family & friends... Thank you very much

Very friendly staff with good product knowledge. No pressure to push sales on either visit which is why we came back the second time to make purchase . Better service than your rivals !! Delivery date realistic.

Colin (214) was sales person who served us and he was very helpful and friendly and offered us coffee while we were looking round before we had even purchased any items.
