Dreams - Norwich

Welcomed as we entered the store and directed to the relevant area. We were invited to look round the items alone while at the same time coffee was provided.Sean then demonstrated how the beds worked and how they differed from each other as it was our first experience of adjustable beds. We were given ample time on our own to consider the matter and we felt completely satisfied and could not better our experience by shopping elsewhere.

When first entering the store we where greeted and asked if we need help. We where give a price quickly when asking about some items . The staff are very friendly and helpful . we sat down to discuss the items we required and we were given a price of how much it would be and felt no pressure to make that purchase , we felt at ease as we chatted and everything went smoothly as we purchased a few items

Sean the sales adviser at the Norwich branchwas polite, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

even thhough it was late and store due to be closing we were not rushed and our shop assistance was really helpful

My wife and I suffer with very bad backs, Dave was absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. He listened to everything we said and then couldn't of done anymore to help. A true gentleman and a credit to your company.

We went into dreams first as you know on that industrial estate there are many bed shops so the plan was to go round them all and then make a decision. Instantly we were warmly greeted and told about the pillow coded mattresses to lie down and try things out. We were offered tea or coffee and then left to try things. Never did we feel uncomfortable and we had a young baby with us that the sales guy acknowledged and talked too as well. We were not pushed into anything and but at the same time we were frequently asked if we had any questions or anything and any we did were answered instantly and well. We chose our bed and had two mattresses we liked and we left to look around the other stores. We came back and purchased everything from dreams the guys were so much more helpful and seemed like they wanted to help none of the other stores offered this service they are a credit to your company and I would definitely recommend the store and go back myself
