Dave was fantastic, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and listened and answered all my questions

David was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. He made the purchase very quick and easy.

Sean was extremely helpful despite being very busy, dealing with several clients at the same time. He went out of his way to find all the information we required and explain the product. Very efficient service and I hope the delivery and actual product are as satisfactory.

We would like to thank all the staff in the norwich branch of dreams for all their expert advice and friendly manner, We couldn't fault anything. Dave helped us choose the right bed for us both, taking into consideration my bad back without being pushy. We are well pleased with our purchase and will be receiving our items in just a fortnight which is great! Dave, Sean and Richard are a credit to your company and will definitely recommend dreams to all our friends and family!

Dave introduced himself when we first entered the store. He was polite , friendly and within a couple of minutes had given us a good idea of colour codes on the beds and how the store was laid out. We were given space and time to wander around and try different beds . When we had narrowed our choices down to 2-3 Dave was on hand to help with product information and advice. We made our choices and although the checkout process took a while( we opted for a finance agreement) the whole experience was great. A relaxed and comfortable visit that resulted in us purchasing a mattress, base and headboard.

The store assistant Dave was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He made us feel very comfortable in the store without pressuring us to purchase anything. Upon telling him we were ready to order he was so helpful with aiding our decision where we were split between a couple of items.

This is the first time we have visited this store and we were so over the moon with the sales person as he (DAVE)was one of the most helpful and genuine sales person we have had dealings with for a long time. It's a pity some of the younger sales assistants in other stores are not like DAV,he could teach them a few tips.

We had help there ftom the second we walked in the door but we we're not bombarded which is what I prefer. We had time to look about and ponder. Colin was very helpful and guided us into picking a mattress we wouldn't of even looked at. He was also very VERY helpful when it came to assisting with the financial aspect of things. All in all Colin and David of the Dreams store in Norwich were helpful, funny and very professional :) The people above should be thankful to have such excellent staff working in their store.
