Dreams - Norwich

Myself and my mother were hugely impressed by our dreams experience. We found exactly what we wanted and more in the first 2 minutes of entering the store in Norwich. The store layout is easy and accessible , with a great variety of beds and frames. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly also on hand whenever we required any further assistance - we were served by David & Sean who also offered us cups of tea throughout our time browsing, which was very welcoming and their quality of customer service is outstanding. The staff were very efficient and organised, and presented themselves very well to make a fun atmosphere at the store. The pricing,deals and offers are excellent and competitive no need to look any further. We ended up buying a few items extra due to their great deals. We Highly recommend Dreams in Norwich to anyone looking for great beds/frames. We will definitely be using this store again.

It was nice to meet a salesperson who just gave us the information we required and thier advice. We did not find Dave pushy at all, and beacuse of this we did not bother going elsewhere.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable service. We were shown a variety of beds to suit our needs, and the salesperson answered our questions expertly, and helped us to choose the right bed for our needs. We were even offered a cup of coffee which we gratefully accepted!

We were served by Colin who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable around the products & had plenty of time for us.

When we arrived we were allowed to look about without any hassle ,then dave came over and explained the different colour scheme and ratings for all the beds, when we chose the mattress we wanted the finance was sorted by Sean very quickly. Both members of the staff there were very friendly and made the purchase very easy and stress free .
