Went to purchase mattress for daughter who has fibromyalgia and Colin couldn't have been more helpful,courteous & put my daughter at ease. Everything was explained carefully , tea/coffee was offered too. The whole experience was great, pleasure to spend my money!! Well done Colin.

I was satisfied with the knowledge that I was given ,also I was given a cheap option but asked for a more expensive option which I opted for ,in the past I used mattress man but they had not been honest with me for other purchases so hopefully dreams have been let's wait and see

Value for money service delivery time

We told David exactly what we were after and that was what he found us. He was full of knowledge which was brief, but concise and clear, therefore we weren't bogged down with irrelevant information. The range was sufficient, and varied. The overall experience was enjoyable. We didnt feel pushed into any sale, but the choices and options were clear to us as was the price. Sean was very helpful and accurate in further clarity around suggested delivery dates and repayment options. Overall a very positive experience. Sean and David were in good spirits and it was a pleasure to have been served by them. Even though we were still making decisions after closing time, they were happy to answer our queries and not close the store

The member of staff that assisted us was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened to us and made suggestions and came across as extremely knowledgeable.

I OBTAINED THE ITEMS i WANTED NO PROBLEM

Sean welcomed me to Dreams, introduced himself, offered me tea or coffee, asked I needed any assistance or advise, and allowed me to browse and sample the products till I need his help and advice. I was able try the various mattresses until I had narrowed it down to the couple I wanted advice on. Sean then explained the difference in the products their varying qualities, prices and availability and the potential delivery dates. This is how I like to shop hence my ratings. I hate when a sales person follows me and tells me about every product I look at, which is what happened at a competitors next your store. My thanks to Sean!
