Happy with the customer service, he understood our needs, and had very good overall knowledge, made us feel a ease, and didn't pressure us which is normally a 'put of' for us!

On entering the store Colin greeted us in a very pleasant,, friendly manner. We were offered refreshments and chatted at length about the mattress I was looking for. Colin was very knowledgeable and offered good advice in a courteous manner. On completing my order Colin shook my hand and we left. In my opinion Colin is a credit to your store.

Mark the floor salesman was friendly and helpful although he was new.

Colin was very helpful, taking time to explain the differences between the mattresses, offering us pillows similar to ours at home to use. He was not pushy and after showing us mattresses suitable for our needs, he left us to make our decision without pressure to buy.

The assistant manager who served us was very friendly, welcoming and served us in a very professional and funny way which really help the process of ordering our bed even more enjoyable. Will be recommending this store in the future and will be returning hopefully to buy some more of your products.

Dave and Richard in the Norwich Store were both welcoming. Dave took the time to unerstand my needs as a customer with health conditions. Dave asked questions about what sort of matteress i have at the moment and what i am looking for. Dave made myself and my partner a drink and made us feel very welcome. He gave us all the information we needed to make our choice and left us to make the choice.

Customer service excellent. Colin gave us concise and highly informative information and answered all our queries. We felt he understood our individual needs.
