When entering some stores you are pounced on but we were able to take our time and wander around before being asked if we would like assistance. Mark who dealt with our initial query was very polite and helpful. We returned the following week to place an order and dealt once again with Mark. He wasn't pushy and listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable when answering our questions.

David was most helpful with dinging me the right bed to suit my needs. We were kindly offered coffee and were treated like valued customers by both David and Richard.

We feel we ended up buying the best mattress for us and we are very satisfied with our experience at dreams, however the best part was the service we recirved from David at the Norwich store, he is an excellent and very knowledgable employee, he really made buying a new bed feel special and like our custom was important to him. Fantastic service and products!

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and Sean was very helpful, but did not crowd us as we looked round. He was there as soon as we needed help or advise and dealt with our order quickly and efficiently trying to give us the best service possible. Excellent!!! very satisfied customers. Thank you
