Dreams - Norwich

Got what i wanted and sales staff were not too pushy and would let you make your own mind up. Very helpful and polite.

The collegue, Sean, at yiue dreams store in Norwich was brilliant, he explain the colour coding of each bed, tuen helped by suggesting which colour is better suited. We all felt very welcome, he even gave us time to discuss it, with a cup.of tea. :)

Very quick shopping experience - we knew we were looking for a bed for our son. As soon as we entered the store a member of staff came to help us and answered the questions we had and we found a suitable product.

Colin was very attentive,patient and helpful. Nothing was a problem. As I had had a bad experience at another mattress retailer, I was very apprehensive on my judgement. But was reassured that if I wasn't satisfied there would always be alternative options.

Colin the assistant, was great he did not pounce on us he offered us a tea or coffee he advised us of the things to look for and was on hand to advise us. the thing I liked most was he knew his product, yes we had a laugh with him, he did not push us and it was not all sales talk. We were made welcome and felt comfortable, he was also very efficient and explained things reference the value of the insurance on the mattress policy cover.
