Dreams - Norwich

The sales assistant, Dave, was very attentive but not pushy. He knew what he was talking about and helped guide us to make a decision on a mattress and a bed base which we were both very happy with. All of the other staff in the shop were very friendly too!

Entered the store and browsed for a while then Colin came over and welcomed us to Dreams, he then asked us what we were after and our budget which we told him and he took us straight to the mattress we ended up buying! We then looked at beds and chose the pippa white wooden bed with the help of Colin who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sat down to place the order at the desk and we were offered drinks, biscuits and sweets for the little one which kept him quiet for 2 minutes!! Ordering was simple and efficient, Colin explained everything clearly and simply. We chose to go with the cover for both items for peace of mind. Couldn't fault the store or service received we're very happy and will be returning in the future to buy the rest of the bedroom furniture set to match our bed.

Friendly and approachable staff

Caroline at watford branch was extremely pleasant and friendly and answered all of my questions when I visited. Colin who called me back from Norwich branch again was very helpful when I called to place my order

The staff were very attentive but gave us time to reflect without feeling we were being pushed for a quick sale.

I went to buy a new mattress as my existing one was old and causing poor sleep. I told Sean my problems and requirements and he was very helpful in understanding my priorities and advised the products that would help me get a better nights sleep without "selling it" to me.

This Dreams was the most welcoming, clean and best priced shop we had ever been to. The staff were welcoming and could not do enough for you, they were not over baring, not stalkerish as we have found with some sales personnel. One, in particular helped us the most, the Assistant manager Sean, was excellent in explaining the colour coded bed spreads so we could get the best mattress for myself. He also helped us with the bedstead and made the paying process a light and easy experience. it was a genuinely lovely experience!!(Dreams, Norwich, Sprowston Retail Park) Z

fRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

The staff member I approached was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say if I am happy with the product as I have not got it yet.
