The sales assistant David was top draw he knew what we wanted and didn't hesitate in delivering

both members of staff i dealt with were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy.

I was highly satisfied with my visit cause we was left alone to browse but if we needed help there was always someone on head and we was treated to tea and coffee as well

The staff were there when we needed but gave us time time think about our purchase, they explained the options clearly .

We were met by a friendly sales assistant called Mark who explained the different types of mattresses. He then made us a cup of tea and left us to make our choice, he was not at all pushy. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

As we entered the store we were greeted by a lady who asked if we would like a coffee. We were looked after very well the staff were very helpful,we were left to walk around try out all the beds and when we had made up our minds it was easy to sort every thing out.

Because I have been caring for my late mother I have not slept in a bed for 14 years and have now only recently attempted to sleep overnight in a bed with varying problems. Therefore, I decided that a new mattress/bed was the only option for me and your assistant Mark was so very helpful and informative and we discussed all options of mattresses from basic to electric beds and he was so helpful and patient with all his knowledge, considering the fact that not having slept in a bed for 14 years I am obviously experiencing problems but Mark talked me through and explained all the relevant details of each mattress/bed with all the pro's and con's of each product without any form of pressure salesmanship.
