Dreams - Norwich

I was highly satisfied with the assistance from a member of staff whilst choosing a mattress for my 2 and half year old daughter, he strongly recommended me a specific one, as I picked the foam one, and he said he would recommend the one beside it as it would be more suitable for a child of my daughters age.

Colin who is your salesman gave all the info we required and enough time to make up our minds on what we wanted. His knowledge and advice on the products was good.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The product we desired was available with an early delivery date.

While I was there a member of staff came over and chatted with me about what kind of bed I was looking for and even offered tea or coffee (we were there right as the store opened). Even though my mother and I were the only people in the store we were attended to, but also given space which was very refreshing as it's usually either being ignored or constantly badgered when things are quiet. The gentleman we spoke with was very friendly and had some good advice about which mattress to buy (I generally like them quite solid) and placed the order through quickly and efficiently for me. I am looking forward with genuine excitement to receiving my new bed and mattress!

Greeted by staff on entering and an assistant made sure someone was able to help with our needs. We were given expert advice and given a coffee whilst we decided. The overall buying was simple and efficient, we left satisfied with our purchase and plea at our quick and easy the experience was.

Dane in the Norwich store was extremely helpful, polite and understanding. He spent time with us, offering advice and suggestions as we were buying 3 beds.

We were given good advice on which products would suit us. Mark was heplful and answered all our questions with ease. He secured us some extra savings as we were purchasing a new mattress for our bed and a complete new bed for our daughter.

We visited the Dreams store in Norwich twice in one week so shop for our new bed. On both visits we were greeted with friendly sales assistants, offering us a hot beverage whilst we had a look around the show room. Dave was very helpful in helping us choose a mattress suitable to our needs and giving personal recommendations having worked for the company for several years, reassuring us that the products we eventually chose were of very high quality and if we should develop an issue with our new mattress we could easily exchange it within 30 days if we were dissatisfied. Placing the order was a swift process, we even managed to get a fairly quick delivery date considering its early January! Overall we were every pleased with our visits to Dreams, and if our bed turns out to be as good as it looked and felt in the show room when it's delivered in 10 days time, we will be extremely happy customers!
