The knowledge of the assistant (Colin) of the product required was very good and he explained why the item we bought was better suited to our needs than a different product.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered a cup of tea or coffee. The guys were helpful but not pushy. They gave us all the info we needed and make a decision really quickly. We weren't even sure we needed a new mattress until we went in. We had a great experience. Thankyou

The knowledge of the chap serving me. He listened to what I wanted. The layout of the shop. Corresponding pillow colours to type of bed is an excellent idea. Great choice . And immediate friendly service

Initial telephone contact very helpful and knowledgeable. Better advice given than at well known partnership store. Details of telecon to hand when we visited store. Good advice and guidance whilst in store plus a good cup of tea. Helpful suggestions re our rather special needs and solution found to specific problems related to my severely damaged spine.
