Friendly knowledgeable staff item that I wanted

The staff were very helpful and assisted us in our choice of product. Was impressed with the low delivery charge of £19.

The range of beds and mattresses are really good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We were given time to think and experience the comfort of the bed and the different options. We took on board all the advice given and also the fact that we could have time to sleep on the bed for 30 days and change it if not comfortable. As I explained to David I have a bad hip this gave me confidence to purchase our chosen bed. We were not pressured into the sale but the change of mattress option was a deal breaker for us as we are pensioners and this is a very big purchase for us. We are aware that the beds have all been tried out a lot so not sure if the bed we have tried has given the correct comfort feeling but your guarantee of change gave us confidence. Although the store was extremely busy I felt the staff were there for all the customers and that then gave people time to try and browse. Thank you David

We were treated in a very friendly and professional way. We were not hassled at all but assistance was readily available when required. Also we were given a very welcome cup of coffee whilst chosing the products.
