Mark came to see almost straight away and was very empathetic with my needs given that I have a back problem which causes me pain on an unsuitable mattress. Mark went through all the options with regard to the different types of mattress and the firmness etc. He then left us a suitable amount of time to road-test the mattresses and come to a decision, advising also that there was a 39 day home test of the mattress which allows me to ensure I have chosen the right one (only a full night will tell!).

Sean and Colin very helpful and knew the products very relaxing experience with no pressure to buy.

Colin at the norwich store advised us with buying a bed for our first home, store layout is brilliant & very easy to understand unlike some other bed shops, we received great customer service, with this being our first buy we did leave the store and returned again the same day to purchase the bed frame & mattress after looking around other bed stores, we felt that we knew excally what we were getting at dreams, and we were 100% happy with our order, everything was throughly explained and nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

Service was excellent Dave approached us gave us information about what certain colours pillows related to showed us labels on mattress and explained what they meant then left us to our own look around the store without pestering us for too long allowing us to make our own decisions but made us aware that he was available to answer any questions we might have.

This is the second purchase I have made from your Norwich store and on each occasion I have had professional and polite service from your staff member (Richard) . He takes time to understand my requirements and shows great skill in matching this with your product range. a great asset to your business.

Richard was very efficient and not too pushey, Dave was also very efficient processing our order. We liked the colour coded idea identifying the matress construction.
