The bed purchased is for a recently widowed friend who was quite traumatised by the thought of replacing her marital bed, the assistant was very patient, extremely helpful and totally understanding. We would certainly shop there again. Definitely above and beyond normal service.

Very helpful staff that took the time to understand what we needed and were able to offer a number of different solutions. The coffee was very welcome too. Never felt under any pressure to make a commitment to purchase. Very happy with the service we received.

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by Colin, we explained what we were looking for in a mattress. He offered us drinks and got us pillows to try with the mattresses. He was so helpful and friendly and knew exactly what we were looking for! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you.

No problems, except only two payment points so a longish wait to get our order placed. But the staff were fine!
