Dreams - Norwich

on my visit to Dreams I found Colin who looked after me and my mum, was excellent and a very good service.

The Assistant couldn't of help us more. We gave him a price that we would go up to and he couldn't have done more to help.

Friendly staff very polite had exactly what we wanted

The sales assistant was spot on with the required assistance when we entered the store. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the available products that Dreams had to offer. He soon showed us just what we were looking for and didn't come over as a "pushey" salesman. In fact it was a pleasure to do business with him

very attentive staff but not pushy - letting us wander round store keeping a watchful eye in case we needed anything

The general friendly attitude and knowledge of the staff who were able to give us the information and assistance that we wanted. The quality of the beds and mattresses. The speed of service and delivery is a great bonus.

The staff were friendly, knowledgable, very helpful and left us to make our own decisions about the purchase of our products.

We were not looking especially but the deal we found on the furniture was very good indeed. We decided to take it home ourselves be the colleague was very helpful indeed. Especially as it took us 3 trips!

We were served by David at your Norwich store on Roundtree Way and found him extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products on offer, nothing was too much trouble and he was very friendly. In view of the products, there were a nice selection which were displayed well and appeared of good quality.

To put it simply the service, the quality of the products, and the general knowledge of the staff could not have been better
