Colin the sales assistant although being an Ipswich supporter was larger than life he made us feel we were there only customers he offered us tea or coffee but being old and having other places to go had to decline his offer the old bladder not so good these days.We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at dreams as being Norwich supporters we do not like the tractor boys so thank you Colin for such personal service well done

We received excellent customer service from the minute we walked in the door. We had all our questions answered, and once we had found a bed we liked we were given time to think about it and not pressured into anything. The member of staff helped us buy the right bed for us not the bed with the highest price tag. Overall really friendly and helpful and they even made us a coffee.

Mark was very helpful in answering my questions. You had the sofa bed that met my needs.

The manager of the Dreams store at Sprowston Retail Park, Norwich, was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products, gave advice and recommendations when needed and was very patient allowing us space and time to browse at our leisure. We were very happy with our purchases and confident that we had made the right choices due to the information and advice given to us by the manager.
