The assistant Mark was very helpful demonstrating the ottoman and another similar bed which helped us decide which better suited our requirements. We were offered a drink whilst the purchase was being processed, although the actual process did not take long it was dealt with very speedily.

Help offered quickly shown type of mattress we were looking for, and then given time to make our choice and ask questions. Mark was there with all the information we required and was very helpful without being pushy or hurrying us into a decision. This allowed us to make a measured decision very quickly as there was no feeling of being rushed or pressured. Very impressed with the helpfulness and politeness shown to us during our visit and also in placing our order.

We were initially asked if we needed help - when we said no we were just looking, they respected our wishes and waited for us to ask for assistance in our own time.

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the products and directed us to the best products for our purpose.

All staff were very friendly and were very happy to help us choose our bedroom furniture, telling us where the product comes from, what we can order at a later date to complete our bedroom ie; the wardrobe fittings. The quality of the furniture is stunning!
