Sean, your employee at dreams was second to none, polite, and helped myself and partner pick out a perfect mattress. The price was ok, and the friendlyness of the other employees at the store were very welcoming, I will be back for more mattress's.

I was overall satisfied with this shopping experience. However, through no fault of the staff a problem with the computer was found while we were placing the order resulting in my need to return the following day to complete the purchase paperwork. This was tedious and unhelpful. The staff did their best to make this less tedious but they too were frustrated.

We were served by Colin. He was very friendly and helpful. His product knowledge was excellent too, & helped us find what we were looking for quickly.

We was served by a excellent salesman Colin as he take his time to explain the products as we both are hard of hearing. He also makes good coffee.

Dave at Norwich store, plus store manager were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Colin was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He took the time to really understand our needs and help us to buy the right bed and accessories for us. He was a very nice man and the kids loved him too!
