We went to your store at Mousehold Heath Norwich on friday 25th March just to have a look at the bed frames. We were greeted by Richard, a very nice man who helped us not only choose a bed but talked us through the range of matresses that suited us. We were then passed on to Colin who offered us a drink and took our payment. Both were very friendly and helpful. We are pleased with the purchase considering we only went in to have a look. We would recommend your store to family and friends. Excellent service.

My partner and I went to Dreams Norwich to buy our first bed and mattress. We were helped by Richard whose knowledge and expertise helped us decide on a mattress which satisfied the needs of both of us. This wasn't easy as my partner likes a soft mattress and I prefer a firmer one. The store was nice and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In other words we had a really nice experience buying a bed and mattress at Dreams Norwich.

We were given all the required information to make up our own mind up about what we wanted to purchase. We were given time to try out all the beds and did not feel at all pressured, the staff were all helpful and friendly.
