Dreams - Norwich

We went to the store just to look at beds with a view to buying in the future. We were welcomed by Mark who asked us what sort of bed we were looking for and duly escorted us to the relevant beds and explained to us their various merits. He then moved away so that we could think about the options and try out the beds. He was unobtrusive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. An excellent salesman. Because of Mark, we ended up buying the bed there and then, a thing we don't normally do. Thanks to, or because of Mark, we also bought two Therapur Cool pillows! Thank you Mark

As soon as you walked in the store we were acknowledged and as soon as an assistant was free they asked if they could help. Explained I was looking for a spare bed and mattress, he asked me a few questions on preference and the whole experience from start to.purchase took about half an hour fantastic. Delivery a week, great.

Sales person Dave was very approachable and provided the information i needed without being pushy. Seemed to have a good understanding of products.

On entering your store in Norwich, a friendly face greeted us and asked us what were we looking for, we explained what kind of mattress we needed and he showed us lots to give us a choice, he wasn't pushy, he knew his products and was fun too which was nice. We left the shop to go and look elsewhere which he said " no worries, if I'm not around please ask for me" which on return he was at lunch but he came out and gave us a great deal and we left very pleased with the all round service. So thankyou Mark😀 I will also add we had been to John Lewis and Mattressman and nobody approached us the whole time we were in those stores!!!!😡

Highly satisfied with the help and knowledge of the salesperson who put forward alternative proposals which met our requirements and saved us money. Also impressed with the way products were displayed and the friendliness of all staff on duty that day.
