We were greeted by Colin as we walked in. He listened as I explained what I wanted and showed us mattresses that fitted our criteria. He was knowledgeable and helpful with no pushy sales talk. We were offered a drink and left to try beds and take our time choosing. We did not feel under pressure so are sure we made the right choice. Stress free ,friendly,excellent customer service.

We got what we where looking for - including price match / free delivery and disposal of old mattress & 0% finance.

Greeted promptly when entering the store. Assistant listened to our request and selected a range of appropriate beds. He gave us time to try and space to discuss privately and was not offended when we said we wished to leave the store and think about the purchase. On our return he thanked us for coming back and was friendly and professional at all times.

Sean the assistant manager of the store was very helpful knowledgeable and humourous when he served us. Made us a cup of coffee and let us have all the information that we needed and was very accurate and efficient when serving us going through all the processes professionally when it can to sorting out the finance agreement

Dave was very welcoming and helpful and helped us understand what bed would best suit our needs.
