Very attentive to my needs.

The salesman greeted us and allowed us to look around and then go to him for advice. He made us coffee and left us to discuss our decision. Very nice experience as often find salesman are to pushy which puts me off. Also when we decided he gave us a reasonable discount and threw in some pillows and mattress protector. We were also very happy with how quickly it could be delivered and more impressed by the fact that the delivery team will build the bed for us when they deliver. I believe this to be the most excellent service and would not hesitate to use again or recommended to friend's and family.

Plesent sales assistant , had good knowledge

I was served by David in Norwich. He was extremely helpful helping me choose a bed and had excellent product knowledge. He didn't try and sell me something out of my price range, but instead helped me find the best bed I could afford, which I really appreciated.

the shop was very welcoming- brightly decorated , clean and warm. the products were attractively and clearly displayed well so they could be inspected properly by the customer and to tempt purchase. The sales staff were very helpful and provided very clear, sound , useful information about the product material, its use and care to get the best from the product.I was given very comfortable time to consider the product before purchasing it and was not pressured into buying hastily. The purchasing experience was enjoyable and I felt very confident and pleased my purchase

We walked in, told the sales person what we were looking for, he took us directly to the perfect bed. He went right into our price range and did not try to undermine our decision in any way, oversell us, or talk us into anything other than what we stated we were there for. Both of the salespersons who were there answered all my husband's questions to his satisfaction; while one processed the sale, the other answered all questions. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and patient. We were shown alternatives to aid us in our final decision but no high pitch sales tactics were used. We appreciated this very much.

Lois was extremely helpful. and asked us all the right questions regarding our needs . we would highly recommend the store in Norwich because of the staff.
