Dreams - Norwich

The assistant, Dave, was very helpful, and knowledgeable, he created a relaxed environment, and was very patient. This was at the Norwich Store, and I highly commend, and will recommend them.

Sean, the Assistant Manager at the store we visited in Norwich, was extremely friendly and competent and took the time to not only understand my needs but explain to me the benefits of the different products and what might best suit my interests. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, he greeted us as soon as we entered and was quick to offer us assistance, and it was a genuine pleasure to interact with him for the duration of our visit. He made everything easy and painless (as painless as such big purchases can be!) and explained all the costs and extras to me, making the whole thing much smoother and simpler than if I had attempted to do everything myself online. He's a credit to the company and even though I had spent a good deal of money I left the store with a smile on my face and would highly recommend the store/his services to anyone who needs/wants a new bed etc. Thank you, Sean!

We were approached by a member of staff offering us help and he was not at all push but very informative helpful and knowledgeable on the products he was selling. He explained the different choices of mattresses simply and easily and in a way that was easy to understand. He was polite and friendly and respectful of our privacy. He also recommended the bed from a catalogue he had in a drawer as he knew that sounded like exactly the product we wanted and he was absolutely spot on. He went beyond what we would expect from a salesman and made our trip to dreams an enjoyable experience. Many thanks.

Colin, the sales assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He listened, provided answers to our concerns and offered a suitable product. The order was processed quickly and the lead-in for delivery was only 3 days!

the bed was a great deal. I was offered tea and the staff was very knowledgeable.

the product we purchased was exactly what we were looking for, but were unable to find in any other place. We were looking for a sofa bed and had spent quite a long while looking in furniture shops,never dreamt of looking in Dreams. excuse the pun.....

We were served by David whom we found extremely likeable, knowledgeable, down to earth and not pushy with a good sense of humour thrown in! His female assistant was also very nice and helpful, she also made us coffee. Top marks all round.
