The sales staff allowed us time to browse and assisted us when we needed it which is how we like to shop. We didnt feel pressurized into buying and he didnt hover over us

Welcomed and offered a coffee, then left alone to look without any pressure, when we wanted help it was then available.

We visited in the hope of upgrading to a much more comfortable bed, and dealt with your staff Dave and Sean. There advice was frank, and we were put under no pressure to select any particular product. we felt comfortable, and under complete control of the purchase. Thank you dreams for a welcoming, friendly and smooth shopping experience. I would be happy to recommend your store to anyone looking for a first class product of this type, with first class service.
