Lois who served me was very knowledgeable and friendly

We were greeted upon entering the store and Colin listened to what we're looking for and then showed to the mattresses that fitted the brief. He left us to our devices while we tried out some and answered all of our questions. We were really satisfied with the service and will hopefully be equally satisfied when the mattress arrives. If not, the 40night trial period gives is reassuring.

Found everyone most helpful without being over intrusive and patient - good team working well together and harmonious atmosphere.

Made welcomed by the staff instantly . Help was there as soon as we entered the store Staff offered us drinks while we walked around the store Staff have a great relationship between themselves which made us feel more calm and relaxed on our visit

We were served by Colin what we liked he didn't rush into anything the best salesman we have for a longtime also given bottles of water which we thought was nice as it was a hot day

Colin our Dreams Colleague was a excellent assistant, very knowledgeable of the product and very helpful for my needs

The sevice we received was excellent. Lois the sales assistant ensured that we well catered refreshments. Lois was very imformative about the product she was demonstrateing to us.we were thoroughly impressed and enjoyed our time in store.We have spread the word of how well we were treated in the Norwich store.

Salesman very helpful, I asked him for very specific requirements and he gave me just that. in and out in 10 minutes with the mattress I wanted

The service was friendly and informative I just wish there were more shop assistants in other shops that the gift of customer service that Lois & Dave gave myself and my wife
