Very happy with the knowledge and assistance of the salesman

My husband and I have been suffering with back problems for a while now so new we needed a new bed, we came in and saw David who kindly guided us along the process. We had arrived to the store late so came back the next day however we had a good try and found one we liked, the day we returned we ventured and searched in some other stores to only be dissapointed so we came back to dreams. We knew the one we chose was right, we went back to David who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start to end of the process.

There was a system error when trying to book our delivery date, however the Sales assistant informed us immediately of the problem and gave a clear indication of when we would be notified.

Happened to know the assistant through being a customer where I work. Very friendly and offered his help

Buying a new mattress is thoroughly confusing. Dave provided excellent information and advice and enabled us to make an informed decision

the assistant Lois was very pleasant and not a pushy salesperson. She suggested that I tried out two mattresses and said to lay on them for a while and offered us me a coffee. A very valuable exercise as I changed my mind from a medium/firm to a firm mattress. Excellent service. Well done to Lois

I needed a new bed and as i have a hip problem I was fully explained your products so i could make an informed purchase,i was also sold a pillow which i did not go out to buy.

David's knowledge at the norwich store was excellent even thought he's was in his late 60's it proved you cannot beat somebody who has worked in the industry and have years of experience not only for the product but customer friendly as well
