Staff were attentive without being pushy. I particularly enjoyed the cup of tea. My questions were answered readily and the timescale for delivery beats competitors' by 4-5 weeks.

I was highly satisfied with your sales assistant Lesley who was very knowledgeable about the Tempur product I was enquiring about. She was also very courteous and particularly helpful in making my mind up as to which mattress would be more suitable for me. I actually left the store feeling as if i made a new friend.

The assistant Nathan was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very informative and did so so in an unobstrusive manner. We were well informed in all the options and extra services available for us to make the right choice.

Lesley was very helpful and the atmosphere in the store was welcoming and comfortable. We were also delighted with the deal we got on the mattress during the flash sale.

I was assisted by Jerry the Assistant Manager of the store in Clydebank. Two weeks prior to making a purchase, Jerry took time to discuss my needs and demonstrated several products that met my needs. I was initially intending to buy a mattress only and Jerry advised me to examine my Divan Base for signs of wear. I had not given this much thought, and as he advised me that a new mattress would take on the shape of the base and would not perform as well if the base had any ripples, I took his advise and purchased a complete new bed. I have consistently changed mattress after every 8 years, and am now so glad of this good advice. I felt that Jerry was not giving me a "hard sell pitch" but was genuinely interested in meeting my needs. Thank you so much for the great advice, I am so looking forward to great nights sleep when my new bed arrives on 14th January.

We visited to look at bed frame options and Heather was very helpful. She was new but knowledgable and friendly. When we first arrived she was very welcoming and was ensuring the showroom was tidy and beds made. When we sealed assistance she was charming and help us a lot. Placing the order was very easy even though she was learning the new computer system she was open honest and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Thank you Heather, fantastic customer service!!

Lesley our assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly and the process took less time than expected.

Sales rep explained the differences in manufacture and understood our budget requirements. Made no effort to pressure us to buy or rush us to buy. Explained every aspect of what we wanted and made recommendations without pushing the dearer items. When we made our final choice we were offered special reductions on pillows and duvets again without any pressure. All in all a nice experience.

As soon as my wife and I entered the store in clydebank, we were greeted and made very welcome, with an offer of coffee and tea 😊
