Salesman called Gerard, was very helpful, he wasn't pushy at all, he gave me time to decide what I wanted and explained the products very well.

Nathan was extremely helpful and listened to my needs when looking for a new mattress, couldn’t fault his service.

We had a lovely sales assistant who was knowledgeable and did everything in her power to find the right.mattress . She was also very understanding, patient and helpful. We took a long tine to make our choice but she didn't pressure us but was always there to help in any way she could.

Nathan was a delight to deal with and very attentive, without being overbearing. He has a wealth of knowledge around the store stock and thought processes of choosing a bed frame and mattress to suit me, and gave me space and time to think carefully before making my decision. He went over and above to understand what type of room the bed frame would be going in to (decor etc) then found similar photos of the bedframe from other customers review submissions to give me an idea of how the bed would look in a room and dressed with bedding/blankets etc, which helped me come to my own decision of frame, colour and material.

Me and my partner visited the Clydebank store we were served by Gerry. He went over and above to ensure our needs where met and everything was covered. Also a bonus he kept us in our budget and wasn’t encouraging us to buy the more expensive products only guiding us in what was better value for money.
