Dreams - Clydebank

We are previous customers of Dreams and as expected the high standard of customer support is very apparent from the moment you enter the store. Nathan was very knowledgable and listened to what we were saying enabling us to make a purchase of a high quality mattress at a very affordable price. We were offered tea or coffee and all staff we spoke with were pleasant and professional. There was a nice atmosphere in the store and we will happily return in the future and recommend to our family and friends. We'll done Nathan and colleagues in Clydebank Dreams store.

On entering the store we received a very warm welcome from Mark the store manager. Mark spent the rest of the time with us whilst in the store, nothing was a problem to him and he explained all the different beds and mattresses we had in mind giving us a very in depth working on all of these. The attention to detail from him on what our needs were, were first class, no pressure was put on us at any time during the sale and this was a delightful experience. Following completing the sale and returning home a discussion took place with our son who decided to visit the store the following day and he also purchased a bed and mattress for himself.

I had previously shopped here for myself 3 years ago and had had a great experience, so decided to come again. My mother Shelley suffers from Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and arthritis. She was in serious need of a new bed as her pain is bad. Anyway...we went into dreams in Clydebank and the staff member approached by the name of Nathan. He enquired if there was any specific things he could help with. I told him about my mother's conditions and the budget in which I was thinking of and he was so helpful. He took us to a mattress, told us all about it and why it would be good for my mum's sleeping with her conditions. Then he did the same with helping us find a good bed frame. We discussed budget and he was very helpful also. We weren't sure at first so he made my mum a cup of tea - she said it was the best tea she'd had in ages! And I got a bottle of water. We sauntered about and eventually settled on Nathans initial suggestions. Mum has never had a brand new bed of this quality and is super excited about getting this delivered! Nathan was excellent. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and is an asset to your company and the clydebank store.
