Visited the clydebank store today, was greeted by a nice man named Mark and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about his products and he knew what my needs were and I got what I needed. If only more bed specialists were as good as Mark and the dream-team

Assistance was able to show me specific items that met my requirements and also demonstrated all the features of each one. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and processed my order quickly and efficiently.

The sales advisor (Lesley) was great. She was friendly, helpful, gave me time to think about things, wasn't pushy and was honest about your returns policy and the charges involved.
